I don't often write reviews, but I could not consciously walk away without letting you know how very pleased and happy with the work that Rx Screen LLC did to completely re-install my entire screen patio which also included 16 inch kickboard, a new patio door and a doggie door. Ray was very professional and informative from the moment I contacted him until the job was completed. His team was quick, precise and clean. My patio came out amazing! We have a large and very tall screen enclosure around our pool. Rx came out to replace all our lower screens which had either torn or dried out as well as some upper screens. Not only did they do a magnificent job, they also cleaned up our gutters as well. They were prompt, courteous and professional as well as fast! And the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service and will definitely use them again when the need arises. RX Screen screened in our front porch. I was told by several companies that this was a complex job, due to the shape of our roof. Ray rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations. The workmanship is beautiful. Ray kept his promises, turns up on time and got the work done professionally. He hasn't charged us an arm and a left kidney, so what's not to like?

After a storm blew out four panels of our screened in pool area and only two days until we had company coming I panicked. Out of everyone I called or sent messages to Ray was the first one to respond back quickly. Within one day I had a quote and was on his schedule first thing the next day. I really feel like he prioritized me knowing that I had company coming in town. Despite being super busy, as many of my other neighbors also had blown out screens, he was always very responsive. He also noticed my screen door was not working properly and said that he would fix it while he was here. Honest, reliable, affordable! We will definitely do business with Ray again.
